This sourdough set by Sondiko is a great set. It includes all the tools for your sourdough baking from start to finish. The design of the scoring tool works well to artfully and safely score your sourdough. All the tools are solid and well made. I love the size of the basket. Perfect for a smaller loaf.

Very happy with these proofing baskets. They are very well made. The liners are great as well, and easy to hand wash/air dry after use. I use these to cold proof overnight, then bake in metal loaf pans. The results have yielded excellent results!

This is a good kit for beginners and experienced bread bakers. It would also make a nice gift for someone who likes baking bread or in need of a new hobby. I especially like the shape of the banneton bowl as I already had two round bowls so this new one will allow me to bake a new shape loaf of bread. The bench scraper comes in handy when trying to get dough off of a surface or cleaning up my countertop. I enjoy using the scoring blade to add pretty decorations to the tops of my loaves.

The basket is an adequate size for a standard sour dough. It is slightly smaller than a different popular proofing basket purchased on amazon.The basket was in good shape, no bad smell or splinters. I did not see any obvious glue oozing out.The basket liner was a good fit for the basket.Attached are some photos of the two baskets, the dough recipe was the same in each. I used 567 grams of flour in each, with the same amounts of water, salt, and starter.With just one usage I felt it was good for proofing, and was well construction. If plan to use a large amount of dough over 600 grams a larger basket would be a better choice.The basket on the right is new and slightly smaller one

I've been seeing a lot of sourdough TikTok and got excited to try it myself, so finding this kit was great. All the pieces look and feel like good quality especially the basket. The best of all is that it comes with recipes with easy to follow instructions which a newbie like me is grateful for. It has everything I need to get started including care instructions.

I admit it. I’m a gadget-aholic. Sure, I could line a bowl with a tea towel dusted in flour and let my bread dough rise there, but instead, I spent money on this adorable basket. Now, I can have oval loaves of bread. The liner is machine washable and dryable making cleanup a breeze. Tea towels are washable and dryable, too, but these baskets (bannetons) are more fun. My sourdough game is now next level!
