Rubbish just a waste of money

I bought for very first time.No clear instruction as I’m not good on decorating the cakes so thought lets order the cake topper as a flower looks so lovey on birthday cake and it came as plain paper print not 3D or pre-cut very disappointing.When I ask for refund they replied back as food item you can’t return.So just waste of money.Never by again or not recommending to anyone at all.
