A Great Salt Substitute; Clean and Ideal for Adding Potassium to Diet
We are happy with this potassium chloride product. The salt powder arrived in a sturdy, zip-too, plastic bag, which has colorful blue and aqua colors on its surface. The bag gives useful ingredient information (52 mg per serving; 9072 servings per bag), and the whole bag contained two pounds of this salt. The potassium salt has a salt-like crystalline look and texture, seems very clean, and seems to be a wonderful food-grade salt substitute. Its bag brags that it is Non-GMO, Gluten Free, and totally Vegan. For people who love to bake and cook, this bag of potassium chloride, from Baker's Club, is ideal to have on hand. Its two-pound quanity and size make the bag of salt perfect for storing in limited spaces or small containers. The bag's ziplock feature allows easy access and protection of the salt. The salt performs well in cooking and baking, without any noticed problems. Some of our relatives like to just sprinkle this salt directly onto their servings of food at meal time. We feel that this product is definitely worth its cost to buy and we appreciate its heart healthy aspects.

It's potassium salt
Good if you need to lower your sodium and or increase your potassium. It's the cheapest potassium chloride I've found. The bag is a little more than a normal 26 oz box of regular table salt. The crystal size is the same as table salt.

Doesn't clump! Mixes quickly
Perfect! Potassium Chloride. Doesn't stick together. Larger grain size. Perfect for mixing with my electrolyte mix! Seals out air! Mixes quickly with my drink mixes. I dont use it for anything else... yet. Im sure ill find reasons as the price is decent and im on a health improvement goal.

Salt Substitute is a good buy
It works well in the salt shaker. It has a very salty taste, so to begin with, use sparingly then add to taste. Compared to grocery store salt substitutes which come in 3oz or so containers, this 2 lb purchase was definitely a good price per ounce.

Great Electrolyte Supplement
Using to replace potassium lost through sweating with distance running and plasma donating. Adding to sports drink powder, making it taste identical to the old version of the stuff ( *atorade powder). Great product, glad I found it.

This helps relieve uric acid crystals in your body. Adhere to your doctor’s instructions!!!
If you suffer from gout, this added to food/baking products according to specifications of a physician, will bread up uric acid crystals before the flare starts. Please be advised that you only need a tiny bit. It tastes awful in water. I wouldn’t substitute it for salt ever. However, by strictly adhering to the amount your doctor tells you to supplement with, adding at minimum a half or quarter of a teaspoon of salt will negate that chemical taste in your food

Seving size?
A good product that arrived on time and seems high quality. The one flaw is that the nutrition information on the package has a serving size of milliliters, instead of a typical volume measurement like 1/4 or 1/8 tsp. I had to do the math myself.
