प्रिंटर तो अच्छा है लेकिन समस्या है कि एंड्रॉयड में ब्लूटूथ मिनी प्रिंटर जैसे एप के बिना यह प्रिंट नहीं कर पाता सेजनिक का स्वयं का कोई ऐप नहीं है इसी प्रकार से सेजनिक का विंडोज ड्राइवर भी केवल यूएसबी से ही प्रिंटिंग करता है ,ब्लूटूथ से प्रिंटिंग नहीं कर पाता। इसमें एक और परेशानी है कि रसीद के पीडीएफ के टेक्स्ट की कॉपी करके उसे नोटपैड में पेस्ट करना पड़ता है तब ही प्रिंट हो पाता है। डायरेक्ट प्रिंट नहीं होता। सेजनिक को थर्मल प्रिंटर के बाजार में बना रहना है तो डायरेक्ट थर्मल प्रिंटिंग के लिए विंडोज और एंड्राइड सिस्टम के लिए स्वयं का ऐप बनाना पड़ेगा।
