Tea for weight management and midday wake up; Evergreen tree based
**Soursop Aroma & flavor:+Soursop is a small evergreen tropical tree native to Central and tropical South America.+When I first opened the package, I smelled a very strong aroma, that seemed to have a slight sweetness to the scent, that I could not quite describe at first.+I at least appreciate a tea with a distinct scent/ flavor profile, as I’ve purchased boxes of ‘dead’ tea, with zero flavor or scent.+With time & analysis, I realized the scent has a “fresh” sense to its profile, that ties to its ‘evergreen’ origin.+It’s like bringing the great outdoors into your tea.+Added honey is a definite plusWhy would I want to try this tea? Tea is a big part of my life:**Tea is great for weight management & daily water consumption; I’m a massive tea drinker.+ It’s a fact we can confuse body thirst signals as hunger.+ & drinking sufficient water is an important adjunct to maintaining healthy body weight.+ So I drink teas throughout the day, to avoid unnecessary calories from false hunger, & to obtain adequate water for gut health. If I feel a hunger pang between meals, I first go for a cup of tea.**Tea is a great wake up break by flavor rather than caffeine.+ As a fine artist, working at home, at moments I have an energy lull, even feeling ready to fall asleep. I shake it off with various techniques, & drinking a cup of tea with a strong flavor / aroma helps.+ Caffeine is known to disrupt sleep & has a 12 hour half life, so I appreciate a ‘flavor’ wake up break midday; (ceasing caffeine at noon). This Soursop tea could qualify for this purpose of a strong wake up flavor (similar to mint or ginger-lemon).**Soursop Health benefits of teas+Reading reliable, mainstream online health resources, it’s noted that the soursop tea does have anti-oxidant components, so it at least has potential for health benefits to support claims made in the product description. This is a great benefit of drinking many teas.+(Medicine?: This tea is created by a ‘medicinal’ company, as indicated on the package, & so with an eye to health benefits, more than flavor. Again, the health claims do have some basis, since it has known/ researched antioxidants, etc. Personally, I follow sound advice I’ve heard, that with most supplements, they’ve not yet been thoroughly studied & more research is needed, so it’s best to use moderation & seek variety in consumption, especially in consideration of the kidneys & liver that process such supplements. I’ve even found some warnings regarding soursop tea if used long term or excessively).*Verdict: I possess quite a massive collection of tea types. Was I personally happy to add soursop?+To be honest, I’m not eager to drink this tea with the distinct aroma of an evergreen tree: I feel like I’m drinking my Christmas tree. I doubt I will make another cup. It’s a matter of taste. This tea has a long history of existence for a reason. (According to AI “Soursop teas long history, is primarily within traditional medicine in tropical regions.”) (I believe I would like a Soursop tea made from the soursop fruit, but not this current version, made from the evergreen aroma leaves).

Skip the health claims, enjoy the flavor
Overall quite happy with this! The flavor is slightly sweet and tangy and with a bit of a "green" herbal note. The tea itself came in a vacuum sealed bag and is a good value for the amount you get. I'm always skeptical of big health claims made by products like these but just enjoy it for what it is - a decent and interesting tea.

Unique and interesting tea
Really like the flavor of this tea and you get 50 tea bags. It's mild with a very natural, earthy taste and so different from my other herbal teas. I've been drinking it for the past 2 weeks and it did take me a day or two to get used to the unusual taste, but adding a little honey or stevia helped me settle into a relaxing hot drink that really satisfied. I'm intrigued by the proposed health benefits (supporting digestion, immune system, reducing inflammation), but this kind of thing isn't noticed in a short time so there isn't a way to claim that I see any real difference. Still, if I like drinking this I'm not opposed to any benefit. Time will tell. This is a fresh batch, labeled as manufactured March 2025 and expires March 2026. I do appreciate that this tea is pure and organic, with no fillers nor preservatives and think I may reorder for another round.

herbal tea
This one is just okay. I prefer other brands that I am currently using more due to better and fresher taste. This one tastes really mild with a stronger earthy flavor. I did not taste sweet aftertaste like I used to with other brand (no sugar/sweetener for other brand as well). I got a lot of herbal undertones for this one. It is not bad, but I would prefer other brands. The tea pouches come in a zip log bag with no vacuum sealed. There is a plastic tweezer in the bag which I do not think I will use at all.

Doesn't taste like Soursop!
I'm a big fan of Soursop teas and wanted to try this one, but it wasn't quite what I was expecting. This soursop tasted more like cedar wood, and I could not detect any soursop leaves.I've tried numerous other types of soursop and am well familiar with the flavor/taste, but this one didn't taste like soursop. Also, as shown in one of the accompanying photographs, the water was brownish in color, despite the fact that it should have been greener. The current sales price is $14.99, which is acceptable.See the accompanying images.

No Good
It tastes...old? That's a guess. It doesn't have the strong flavor or bitterness expected. The resulting tea is as dark as black tea leaves, but the flavor is almost nonexistent. Despite going through two teabags, maybe I've messed something up. Still, doesn't taste even remotely as it should.
