I am not a tea drinker, but now I am. This tea has helped me feel a little better. It taste very good. Quality is excellent, not tiny pieces in a bag, you get the real deal!

This detoxifying tea is a combination of 8 herbal/flowers/seeds which are described as ‘extracts’ by the manufacturer. While I’m not sure what is meant by ‘extracts’ I will say this makes a visually appealing cup of tea (until it has been strained anyway). The label identifies this as “100% natural herbal tea”, “substitute tea”, and “extract” ( which all mean different things to me, but in the context of this tea are being used to convey the same thing.The brewing method: open a tea bag and add to 1 cup of boiling water, steep for 3-5 minutes. Tips indicate honey, rock sugar, lemon, etc can be used to enhance its taste. A warning is included on the label for those that may allergic to the ingredients, and to consult a doctor before use. The bag indicates the product is manufactured in a FDA registered facility, and expires 1 year after being manufactured. The manufacturing and expiration date are clearly labeled.So what do I think of the product? It appears to be what it claims to be. I was surprised that the ‘tea bag’s’ are individual servings sealed in plastic bags that need to be cut open and added into a diffuser ( not pretty), or directly into your cup ( pretty, but unstrained). The product tasted a bit grassy and like mums smell - not horrible, but not stunning either. But this is supposed to be a detox tea, and is likely not going to be something most people drink for pleasure. I feel like the manufacturer could have been more transparent on what to expect of the bags, otherwise the product had no real surprises.

First of all, this tea is just beautiful to brew. The instructions do not suggest using a filter or tea sack, so I let the tea bloom in my favorite cup. The flowers and herbs looked like a rainy garden of wildflowers. It smelled fresh and enticing.I found the amount of dandelion too much. I cook and make salads with dandelion leaves sometimes, and I like them. But they are bitter and need other components to balance them out. I feel like this blend just did not come into balance. I don't often add sweetener to tea, but I added a demitasse spoon of honey to the cup and then strained it after all. Both of those steps were much needed.I will probably drink the rest of the tea. I can tell it is decent quality. I just don't think I will order this particular blend again. I would be interested in other teas by this company.

I like the taste and the satisfaction of this tea. All the nurses at my job are in. Thank you for giving us quality tea. My grandmother was used to making tea with leaves. This tea indeed brought me memories of her.
