JFC Katsuo Fumi Furikake Rice Seasoning, 1.7 oz

This is my all time favorite flavor of Rice Seasoning to put on sticky rice! Highly recommend!

I love adding this to my sushi rice and so do my children. It’s especially good when paired with Kewpie mayo. A little goes a long way and it adds much needed texture to plain rice, a little crunch. This is different from the original and it has a strong fish flavor. If you are not a fish lover I would try using the original. I still prefer the original but I do like pairing this with my salmon.

Good and fresh

This is my favorite rice seasoning, in particular, the Katsuo Fumi Furikake. It adds just the right amount of flavor to rice and elevates it. It lasts a long time too, and for fresheness I would recommend putting it in your fridge. The price is excellent, and you are getting an authentic Japanese blend. I am friends with an elderly Japanese man and he uses this brand.

This is the flavor of furikake that I love on my rice. I pick up a bit of teriyaki sweetness, but the other seasonings provide a nice balance. Quality ingredients are apparent. If you’re a fan of furikake, I think you will appreciate this one. To those of you who have never used furikake, if you like sushi and especially seaweed, you will enjoy this over your white rice.
