I've had a really hard time with stomach issues, gas, and nausea with a lot of the gel products that are out there. Many of the gels are overly sweet and take a lot of water to get them down, just to make you feel bloated afterward. I switched to using these and its a complete game changer. The taste may not be as great as some of the competing gels, but the ease of consumption and results far outweigh any issues there. I used these for ultra-marathon distance runs, so have to carry a few to make it through a run. The larger size of the pack, especially when you are packing 4 or more of them, is another slight inconvenience compared to regular gel products.

I have used these gels for years. Unfortunately when I needed them they are extremely lumpy. I looked up and found that these are expired. Also there's no way to return them so I'm screwed out of the money. I guess you take a chance and hope that when you purchase something edible it's not expired. I've never had this problem before.

This last order USPS was unable to deliver my order so I got a refund. I was not happy but that’s life. Thus, I tried a new seller.This stuff is great for sports - I take 4 with me when I do a 100 mile cycling bike ride. The best thing I like about the SIS Gels 150mg not much water is needed.

What sticks out is the flavor of the citrus. It may have previously been called “lemon-like battery acid.” But in all honesty, by the time I finished the box, I was kinda used to it. Anyway, flavor was secondary to the product working and it does deliver there.Always bought mango before. Think I’m going back. Sorry lemon-like battery acid - I mean citrus.

Taste delicious , almost instant muscle relief

I went on a energy gel kick a few months ago as I prepped for backpacking season. I found the GU gels originally, then got some cliff gels and then progressed to these gels. I chose these gels for 2 reasons, the flavor (being my favorite thing in the world, double espresso and the caffeine content).Now I recieved 30 of these in March. I took 1 the following day before my workout. Atleast I tried to, I got about 3/4 of it in my mouth before I realized how bad it was. When all was said and done I had about 1/4 on my chest and about half in my stomach. I gave up on the last 1.4 in the gel sleeve. It was bad enough to where I didnt even consider trying it again until June. That was about a week ago. I tried a second gel, although gel really isnt an apt description as its crazy watery. Anyways I was ready for the mouth punch this time. I had a chaser ready and this time I was able to get most of it in my body without creating a mess.I then immediately threw away the remaining 28 gels. I may be cheap enough to give that watery, crazy flavored mess a second try, but there was no way I was doing it a third time.I dont know if my batch was improperly stored in a factory or if it was a bad batch. I just dont know. I know peoples tastes differ, but I cant imagine anyone giving what I received more than 1 star. Regardless thers lots of coffee and espresso energy gels out there. I'll be buying any one of them over these going forward.

SIS is my go-to gel brand when going on long bike rides of 35 to 50 miles. Better tasting than GU brand in my opinion. The Double Espresso flavor tastes great.
