Very good
I like the taste value for money.

Superb creation
A fantastic ghee, with just enough salt to make it a very good alternative to salted butter, as well as in its use as an emulsifier in South Indian gravies!

Loose lid
It was packaged well, but the lid was loose, so I got a great mess through the post, but I am returning it, with no problem

Waste of money
It has very bad smell I did not even taste it,very disappointed.because I am from Pakistan and I Use too eat ghee from my childhood, I know how does it taste and smell .It smells like its out of date and I can’t see expiry date very clear on the bottle.

This is very nice on potatoes, steak or bread. I do enjoy it, but it doesn't scream Himalayan salt at me, it seems more subtle. I opened my previous jar, the garlic one on 8/8, I finished it a couple days after 11/8 and then I opened this. 4th & heart say their products have a 3 month shelf life and I'm on my third jar, they don't last me more than 3 months. I'm glad to support a local California business. I hope I can look forward to more flavors in the future. I didn't see any leakage with this or the original flavors, these are solid. The only one that looked like it leaked was the garlic, but it didn't, it just wasn't wiped down before shipping.

Love this product. It’s organic, taste is great and good value for your money. Amazon promised to deliver in 2 days. It took 11 days to arrive. Won’t buy it off Amazon again.

I'm so glad that I bought this. I love a nomadic life and it's nice to have this in place of butter and oil. It is a little salty but it's perfect for sauteing veggies.

I am relatively new to using ghee, so I am still finding more uses for it. The difference between the original recipe ghee and this version is similar to the difference between salted or unsalted butter. Both have their uses. I bought this ghee thinking there was a health benefit as compared to using butter. Since my husband's cholesterol result were so much higher this year than last year. He uses a lot of soft spread butter on toast, English muffins, and bagels that he eats in the morning for breakfast. In comparing the saturated fat and cholesterol levels of this ghee and the butter he uses, the ghee is actually higher in both saturated fats and cholesterol. The soft spread butter contains 30 mg. per tbsp. vs 95 mg in the ghee. My husband likes ghee it better than the organic soft spread butter he has been using because it is softer and melts immediately. He uses less of this ghee than he did the butter because it doesn't come out of the container in chunks which means he is eating less of the bad stuff. Since his cholesterol was too high for his last physical, using less is a good thing. Personally, I love this ghee for cooking as it doesn't brown as easily as butter for frying eggs and melts immediately. I also like that the healthier Himalayan pink salt is added rather than added chemical sodium. For recipes that require softened butter, using ghee is so much easier as it stays soft at room temperature. Since the butter fat has been removed, ghee will last up to 3 months without refrigeration. Having done my research on ghee, I found that some brands contain unwanted and unhealthy ingredients. This brand does not add any such ingredients. It also uses milk from pasture fed cows and it not GMO. Although I doubt we will stop using butter for some purposes, both my husband and I love this ghee and will continue using it. I hope this review was helpful for you.

I've been wanting to try ghee for quite some time. Ghee is technically "clarified butter", and it tastes just as good as butter, without some of the negatives. Once I started the keto diet I discovered that ghee is an excellent source of vitamin K2, derived from animal fat, which is a very healthy saturated fat. K2 is essential for controlling the way a body manages calcium. For instance, we want our calcium to go to our bones and teeth, not to other places in your body where "calcifications" can arise, ie ankles, breasts, heart, coronary arteries, not to mention issues like osteoporosis. In short, some calcifications can be very dangerous, especially regarding coronary artery disease, CAD. I use it for cooking, as it has a very high smoke point over 480°. I also use it for "keto coffee", by adding a partial teaspoon to black coffee. It's also very useful for fasting and increasing fasting duration. This brand, Fourth and Heart, is not only grass fed (which is the best), but it is very reasonably priced.
