I really believe that it works well. Our hallway had odors (which I think originated in my old carpeting). I tried vacuuming with scented baking powder, spraying with deodorizer, etc., and nothing worked. Also, this Fresh Wave scent only has a scent (a pleasant one) if your nose is very close to it.

At first it’s a strong Pine-Sol smell. That does dissipate and it seems to help some with the kitty poo smell by the litter box and with cooking odors in the kitchen.
