Initially I was not enjoying the taste and found it surprisingly spicy in my mouth- I described it as being like cayenne pepper to my husband. I drank about 1/3 of a dose and found it too unpleasant so I stopped. Within minutes I felt really hot, like I had sunburn across my face, head, neck and upper torso and arms. I was bright red and prickly feeling and quite concerned. I’ve never had a reaction to anything in my life, I assume this was an allergic reaction. It faded after about 30-60minutes and I was left feeling drained but ok. I will not be using this product again, or allowing my family to. I would like to know what the ingredient I reacted to is but don’t expect to ever find out.

Good for energy, but the taste is awful. It has a harsh vitamin taste, and it's hard to get it out of your mouth. Was looking for a substitute for a more expensive drink mix I used previously, but this isn't it.
