Packing Forwarding worst. 2018 product supplied no clarity of Warranty .Product performance fair.
Worst Packaging. The Brown Corrugated box was teared to see inside what is the product.Product box was tapped badly. It was like somebody has already disliked & returned. No warranty information product of 2018 manufacturing is supplied. I was about to returned but when I used it performance was fair. Kept it. Will use this review as a evidence if I face warranty issue.

Very nice product
I ordered this on 4th September and received it in morning on 5th September. Packaging was good and item was safe but spatula was not there. I read the manual and used this for making omelette. It was a nice experience and I want to give this 5 stars for working, looks as well as fast delivery by amazon. I would recommend this item. One more thing to tell that I received O’ring with it but no spatula. It is easy to use, easy to clean.

The size of the product is very small for even medium size pizza. The size of the product should be be mentioned in the description. There should also be return policy if the item is not in the working condition.

My product is used less pls refund my money
I am not used this product because he is not making pizza electric problem in inside product he is not transfer heat.So used less for my 3689 Rupees loss Amazon not refund till time.

A must have for omlette lovers.
If your mom doesn't allow you to cook eggs at your home, just buy this product. I cooks omlette fantastically, there is no smell of eggs. You can keep it in room also. Since it cooks the egg both sides the result is a fluffy and perfectly cooked omlette.

This appliance has very good looks. It can make an omelette very fast. It is very good for making small items. As for making a pizza, the pizza can be no more than 7 inches in diameter. Also the thickness of the pizza should be around half an inch. The length of the power cord is only 3 feet. This is an inconvenience. It should have been 5 or 6 feet long. On the whole, it is a useful appliance to have.

Cheap minded customer remove accessories
i found only unit. No accessory found in box. Perhaps previous customer removed accessories and put unit to return. By the way, i will buy spetula separately if needed. So not returning.
