Like the functionality of the laptop and light weight product.
Have had Lenovo laptop before so I was familiar with this brand. Works well and good value for the money.

Shame ZERO stars is not an option
Not a good experience. 1. On Amazon it is call the Lenovo Store - it is NOT Lenovo - rather a 3rd party computer seller 2. the specs of this computer is NOT from Lenovo - rather this is a base model, that the seller added RAM and the 1T of storage 3. with only task mgr open the cpu was at 100%!! 4. motherboard could not handle the 'upgrade' (WHICH DID NOT APPEAR ON THE ADVERTISED PAGE) RUN RUN RUN - very disappointed!!!

Poor functioning
The lenovo does not go to windows 11 automatically. You have to quickly select the windows 11. Most of the time you get an error occuring. You have to continue to try to get to windows 11.
