This salt is an interesting shift from grocery store salt. I think the flavor is complex, and it is supposed to be better for your health. I do not use a lot of salt, but when I am making something interesting, this is the salt I use.

I use this to make my own electrolyte drink. It’s not overly salty tasting like Himalayan sea salt or regular table salt. Which sounds odd but this salt is lower in sodium but has a lot of minerals.Good flavor. I’ll to use it on a steak soo!

Used for cooking as well as for making saline solution for the nets pot. It is fresh and not dried out. Nice subtle flavor when used in cooking.

Taste is awesome personally i love the consistency its not for shaker though.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:BAJA SALT LAKE HAS A GREAT REPUTATION SINCE IT CONTAINS 70-% SODIUM CHLORIDE & 30 % OTHER MINERALS, WHICH IS MUCH BETTER THAN REGULAR REFINED WHITE SALT . HOWEVER THE PACKAGES WHICH I HAVE RECEIVED WERE SOMEWHAT WET POSSIBLY DUE TO PACKAGING HUMIDITY.
