Had I known about Quest Bars sooner, I wouldn't have spent so much money on other far more expensive protein products for my keto weight loss program. What I love best about these in addition to their reasonable price and SNAP EBT eligibility is the wide variety of flavors which helps to avoid monotony. Every flavor tastes really good, not at all like any other protein bar I've ever tried.

The macros are really good; quest bars are definitely a contender for the best protein bar out there. These CAN melt easily when in a warm space but some taste better warmed up. If you’re looking for taste, quest gives really good taste yet there will still always be an obvious artificial taste , which is how you know the protein bar is actually giving you what you need lol. If you can handle the taste of protein bars, these are the best with good sizing as well. (personally, I think the blueberry muffin is the absolute best west bar)

I love the Quest crispy bars straight out of the wrapper, and these are pretty good too that way. For an even better experience with these I remove them from the wrapper and put them on a microwave safe plate. I microwave them for about 15 seconds and they puff up a little and become soft kind of like a cookie.

Flavor & texture are good.

These protein bars are top notch. They have a good taste and come in handy after working out. Also they have next to no sugar which helps me a lot since I’m diabetic.

Make sure you read the description carefully. I didn’t realize the cookies and cream variety came in a non-dipped flavor—I thought bare protein bars were something we left behind in the diet culture of the 90s. What I got was chalky and tasted like old school artificial protein. Apparently it needs that coating to be even vaguely palatable. It’s a fair price and decent nutritional content, but that was gross, and not what I thought I was getting at all.

I've tried a lot of different protein bars and these are by far my favorite. Unfortunately I'd say they are on the pricier side, but taste wise they are the best.

The quality of these is high they may be a little pricey but you get what you pay for this particular flavor is delicious I always have one in my purse for a snack
