They don't send me running to the bathroom; it takes a few hours to kick in. So I advise you to take them when you're not going out, or if you're going out in the morning, take them at midday so they'll work in the afternoon. They're pretty clean pills, and they do make you go to the bathroom with a little pain, but not unbearable like other pills I've tried.

Buy it, I have always suffered from not using the restroom every day sometimes I will go up to 4 to 5 days without using it, but since I have been taking these pills, I use it 2 to 3 times a day. It works wonders.

Take 2 initially then 1 is enough. Cleanse works well.

It helped with my bloating. I finally lost some weight. I work nights so I took it at 7:30am before bed and it worked well. On my day off I switched the time and the last 2 days I took it I felt bloated again. Over all good experience.

Full power two pills and wow! Just wow. It worked amazing. A little too good. I went down to one pill and it still worked. There was mild discomfort as it worked but thats to be expected. It didnt wake me up in the middle of the night which I appreciated. Highly recommend!

I know I should've only taken 1 pill the first time I started this cleanse, but I'm a glutton for punishment, so I took 2. I have hypothyroidism and have had GI issues since a teenager. Within about 3 or 4 hours of taking the 2 pills, my stomach started cramping horribly. Not unbearable, but let's just say, I knew exactly what time it was! I had to switch from watching the football game on my TV, to watching it on my phone, since I was back and forth in the bathroom! This cleanse does exactly what it says it will do! Made me feel a little dizzy and nauseous, but I'll take it over being constipated!

This definitely cleans you out, and that is a good thing. I think I lost a couple pounds.

It wasn't as effective as I had hoped. I didn't have an increase in size or frequency of going to the bathroom. It also gave me stomach cramps and a since of urgency to run to the bathroom when it was "time to go". No noticeable change in feeling bloated.

I read some of the reviews to see if I was having some similar symptoms from taking the pull 1 a night. The cramping is normal as it's cleaning out old stuck poop. I am not certain if I am going more than usual tbh, although my partner is going alot more he said. I am thinking his got more stuff stuff perhaps than I do. I decided to finally take these that I had sitting in my herb cabinet after doing a parasite cleanup up to push things further out. Since I am sharing my bottle with my guy I will be ordering another one very soon and doing the 15day cleanse. I will be also adding some juicing to this to help move this along and castor oil packs. I don't find the cramps you get from your body purging very painful, it's just a bit uncomfortable but think normal from the reaction of the herbs that are helping release stuck crap to your colon wall. I am committed to getting my gut and colon clean and plan on also doing hydrotherapy colonics along side with coffee enemas on a regular routine to eliminate all the gross stuff that sits there that makes us sick. I would recommend this product I believe, I don't feel sick or unhappy with it and I am a pretty sensitive person when it comes to many meds, herbs and supplements. I personally prefer natural remedies over pharmaceutical garbage. I will keep down this holistic healing path. My guy seems happy with cause his asked every night " where are the pills ?" Happy his joining me in doing this detox. Hopefully this is a helpful review.

This is an amazing product, it works better than I expected! I buy it regularly as it helps you have regular bowel movements daily and has really cleansed my gut and intestines, I was shocked! I really recommend this product. It’s helped my with the ongoing issues I had. I wanted to purchase again but it says that they may not be available to purchase on here again which is disappointing I hope they come back in stock

Extreme cramps and sore stomach but definitely clears your colon. Takes up to 8 hours to kick in and then the pain starts - then boom ... filling the toilet with fudge sauce . Feel lighter afterwards and why wouldn't you... feels like you pooed ya stomach out.

It works. This is my 9th bottle. Make sure you schedule it very well unless you want to go to the bathroom while you're at work or in the middle of something important. It works after 8 hours.

So I have a lot to say on this product... MY EXPERIENCE: Let’s just start with the basics, it was a long 15 days (I took two pills per day). Many days I felt like I was dying on the toilet with diarrhea, sometimes to the point I vomited. It happened every single morning, expect the first three days it was all day. Although this may sound unbearable it’s not, the first days are hard but once you make it to the other side of what feels like vomiting put your bottom you feel 10000 times better so you can make it through. You also learn to expect it. Another thing is the cramping. I had awful cramps right before I went to the washroom. They always let me know I needed to go. Let’s be clear, these are not cramps you can mussel through. As soon as you expel though, they go away. BLOATING: I have always struggled with bloating, I will say it’s down for sure. I’m interested to see how long it will last. It’s not a crazy difference, I am still bloated but it is noticeably less. One BIG thing though, is I do not feel it as much, there is way less discomfort when I am bloated. On this cleanse I still felt like I could move after dinner, rather than feel sick and bloated. WEIGHTLOSS: The real reason I tried this detox was to lose weight. I lost 2.5lbs, according to my scale. Considering the agony and amount of bowl movements I was really disappointed to not see a larger result. CONCLUSION: Maybe I will do this again. I will for sure try other weight loss things first since this was a lot of agony for little outcome on that front. Nonetheless if it’s only about cleanse and bloating for you this stuff would be perfect. The pills don’t smell and they are not huge.
