My favorite candy when I was a kid was Sweetarts. Now I have a healthy way to have this sour treat. I love the way it refreshes my mouth and curbs my hunger. Delicious and sugar-free! I just wish it wasn't so expensive (about $15 a bottle).

This one is a bonus because it has no added sugar and contains a whole food complex containing mango, grape seed, bilberry, papaya, guava and pineapple. They use Xylitol for sweetness. The vitamins are in cool animal shapes and taste great. It's never a fight to take these before school each day

The best vitamins are the ones your kid will take! My toddler is obsessed with cats, so the second she saw a tiger vitamin, she was in! These are her favorite vitamins. She happily takes them. To boost the kids' immune system, I started giving these to my older kids, as well. None of them complain about the taste at all. They all happily take them with no complaints. Two chewable tablets are one serving.

I have the HARDEST time getting my daughter to take vitamins. I have spent seriously hundreds on trying to find things she will take. 9 times out of 10 she spits them right out. She has some texture issues which is also a factor. She did not like the Animal Parade multi-vitamin but she does actually tolerate these vitamin C ones. I wouldnt say she loves them, but she is willing to eat it, which is seriously huge for her. If she doesnt like something there is no reasoning or bribing. I am able to bribe her to take these lol which means they cant be that bad! I am a happy mama because hopefully this will stretch out the illnesses she keeps picking up from preschool, poor thing.
