This is such a great alternative to other children’s pain and fever reducers. I love the clean ingredients and the fact that it’s dye free with no artificial additives—it really gives me peace of mind as a parent. Most importantly, it actually works. It effectively reduces fever and helps with pain just as well as traditional options. My child had no issue taking it, and the organic blueberry flavor is a nice bonus. I absolutely love Genexa Kids Pain and Fever Medicine! I will never go back to any other brand other than Genexa. It is made of cleaner ingredients than Tylenol or whatever else you use. I trust this product 110% and my daughter enjoys the taste more.

We used this for our kids the last time they were sick and had a fever and this worked within minutes and once the fever broke it didn't come back! In my opinion it's better than Tylenol.
