Great screen so far. Had an issue with the original screen but contacted support and their customer service was very prompt and refreshingly helpful from their support team member Jesscy. The new screen came the next day and if I have another issue im confident that it will be rectified very quickly.

I definitely had some expectations for this product given it was $400 and it thankfully exceeded them! It has a beautiful crisp, vibrant display right out of the box without adjustments needed. Touchscreen works great, it is very light and easy to move, and is easy to plug in and use. It also has a built in speaker that is surprisingly decent, it's better than my phone speaker. I've had no issues so far. Unfortunately I only learned after getting it that Google Pixel phones don't support it but that's my own fault for not looking it up prior.

I purchased this 18.5" portable monitor to complement my 27" monitor setup, and the size is absolutely perfect. The build quality is solid and the kickstand is very convenient for easy use. The image quality is sharp and smooth with the 120Hz refresh rate. I'm also impressed with the touchscreen functionality — it responds quickly and accurately to my finger movements and gestures. Got Samsung DeX working well with my Galaxy S24 phone connected to the monitor using USB-C cable. The customer support team is outstanding as well. A special shout-out to Jesscy, who quickly addressed my issue with a faulty power adapter and had a replacement shipped to me in no time. I’ll definitely be purchasing from UPERFECT again when I need another portable monitor.
