My YHDC HSTS016L 20A clamp-on Hall Effect current sensor came with a non-terminated (wire ends) pigtail. I used a 5-pin female connector from the set to put on my own connector. I used an iCrimp IWS-3220M crimper (also purchased on Amazon) to attach the pins to the wires. All in all, very clean.

I’m experimenting with Arduino IoT implementations and needed a way to interface external devices to circuit boards. This kit is perfect for that purpose. I have done a rough inventory and there are an equal number of plugs to sockets and an ample quantity of each. The quality is good. NOTE: Do not buy the crimping tool recommended for these connectors (Iwiss SN-28B). The dies are much too wide. Instead buy an Iwiss SN-01BM crimper which has the narrow jaws required by these crimp connectors. Using the right tool, the wire and insulation are tight. The SN-01BM will handle wire gages 28 up to 20.

These are great low current connectors I have used a few of them but will be using more in the near future on another project that I have just started. The three pin connectors make great PCB connector for the DS18B20 temperature sensors and the four pin work great to connect the I2C display converters that I have already purchased

I bought these connectors to make balance plug extensions on my RC batteries. After i learned how to use my crimper on these terminals the project went off without a hitch.

- the headline for this product is wrong, it should read 2.5 not 2.54mm per the jst xh spec page. - the 9pin connector works in a 2.54mm proto board but it is starting to get tight, the .04mm difference begins to add up. - use a SN-01bm to crimp (a SN-28B will not work).

These connectors are solid pin and very well built. I used 20 gauge silicone wire with these and it worked perfectly. Do yourself a huge favor and spend a little more to get good crimpers. I use the Engineer PA-09, use the 1.9 die and all will be good. I have 2 sets of the PA-09's and love them.

I've used a handful of these connectors already for my project and have not encountered any problems. Good price for this set.

Exactly what I was expecting! High quality. Will buy again when I need to replenish my supply. Used these to wire my MPCNC and my AM8 conversion. (So I will need more soon!)
