I've been using this red light panel for over 30 days to help release the soreness on my wrists, back & joints (common issues for sitting too long and typing too much) with RIR mode at P4 brightness for 20 minutes daily. The results are noticeabl after 1st week usage!The design of this device is sleek & unique with thin panel, lightweight, & portable, specially for trip. One suggestion is to extend the power cord length.This panel is very helpful as an option for self-physical therapy to joint, wrist and back.

This red light panel is pretty solid and quite a bit heavier than some others I’ve tried. It comes with protective glasses which is appreciated. The pop out easel stand on the back is made of metal which contributes to the overall weight but is very effective at keeping it stable. With the stand folded back the whole unit is pretty streamlined and would be easy to travel with if you can afford the weight. The stand is positioned so you can have the unit in portrait or landscape. It has a countdown timer so you can keep track of your time and mode and automatically shuts off at the end of the timed session. Since it only works while it is plugged in to a power source, I do wish the cord was longer.

Not bad at all. I think it is working, but that could be a placebo effect, which I highly doubt. It came well packaged, so if you are giving it as a gift, you will be able to do so without having to buy an additional box.It works right out of the box which is great. It is not too bright, but you do need to wear the sunglasses to protect your eyes. It is just the right size. I use it next to me when I lay down on the couch. It is portable, so you can use it while at work too. The timer works as described.It is a great value for your money because it is affordable in my opinion. I recommend it.

Easy to assemble. The default setting is the highest intensity which makes it difficult to adjust the settings downward, esp. when wearing sunglasses. Also, didn't realize the lights pulse. This can be problematic at the higher settings, esp. if you're prone to vertigo/motion sickness. Returning.

I've been really into red light therapy for years now and I am always looking to try new convenient products. This is great for using on many different areas. You can set it up in front or your ankle, wrist, back, face or any area you'd like to treat. It gives off a good amount of light. And seems to be made well.

The cord on my unit broke and the company is unresponsive regarding this issue.I have 3 friends that the safety ing happened too and received a replacement.I cannot get a response from Amazon or the company.
