I take two every morning with breakfast. It has been about a month since I started this and now I can breathe a lot better than I did before taking this. It works, I feel great, I highly recommend

Not pure and has added fillers
I usually try to get clean supplements without any added ingredients. This one has added ingredients and its white , not like the last brand that was clean and it was a cream color. I messed up ordering this one. I didnt take it and I cant return it. So I cant say that it works.

Has Definitely Helped My Resperitory System
I have suffered for quite some time with breathing, coughing and mucous issues. After about a months use I started to notice subtle changes in my breathing. Now, about two months of use there is a substantial difference. Bending over to tie my shoes, I no longer gasp for air due to COPD. I don't know how it does what it does but for me it works. I will never stop using this product. Highly recommend if you have issues like I explained above.
