Malaysian Trumpet Snails (MTS) from One Stop Aquatics (12 Snails) by One Stop Aquatics

I am thoroughly impressed with my purchase, I'll be honest, at first I was hesitant to order snails off of Amazon. But once I saw the insane amount of positivity in the review section of this particular snail offer, and was intrigued enough to make a purchase. My snails got here this afternoon, they all are here alive (as far as I can tell at this point) there were three extra snails (I ordered 12) and they got here quickly! All in all, excellent purchase, that comes highly recommended from me!

Had parasites and killed 90% of my fish. Really regretted this purchase after it killed 2 of my large koi. I contacted the seller after this happened, asking them to medicate the snails before shipping. Hopefully it doesn't hurt anyone else.

Ordered 12 got a bunch of extra all alive huge and healthy 2026.

This is my second purchase and they arrived quickly, well packaged and alive. Already active in the tank. Could not be happier with my purchase. This is a great company to buy from.

I think this is a terrible product because it does not come with a heat pack in winter and my snails were in a little plastic jar that was no where near full of water with the snails having loads of cracks around the opening of their shells at least two had slipped out of their shells and I have the rest in my aquarium in the hopes they live yet I do not see movement also water was a murky dark grey very foul smelling

They came with Ick. Like, okay I should have quarantined them first but I don’t have a quarantine tank. Now my goldies are acting sick, my guppies are pineconing, and my gourami are being really weird. So on the plus side my detritus is being taken care of (yay!) and all of my snails showed up alive and well (also yay!). The snails are all adults and seem to be healthy. But the Ick is really worrying me. I’m extremely proud of my goldies and there’s a flipping quarantine on so I can’t personally shop for the right treatments or pick up anything to offset said treatments, or pester my local boutique pet store for their insights. It’s very upsetting. 4 stars, because the product itself is exactly what I ordered. Docked one for the infection. Sadness. Update: I fixed the Ick problem, and the snails are doing really well. I’ve even moved some of the offspring to my other tanks! They do n excellent job of finishing off whatever my fish don’t eat, and even pick at whatever algae is left after the plecos and grazers are done. I’m very pleased with this purchase.

I ordered 12 of these little beauties and got 14, all well and alive. I let the acclimate and dropped them in the tank, after about 20 minutes most borrowed with a couple just chilling on top of a pellet. All in all, great buy, loved the extras, good price and well packaged.

These snails came in really tiny but that's my fault for not really taking the size into consideration. The picture is deceiving. They will most likely not survive as they will be eaten bc there so small. But not issues with the seller or delivery of the snails. They were all alive and well.
