How do i set this up with remote and wifi? technology dork i am

These particular bulbs do not work with wifi, I don't think.

I cant get my light on im a doing something wrong

There are 4 possibilities. (1) The bulb is not screwed in all the way. (2) The battery in the remote is no good. (3) The power cord for the lamp is not plugged into the outlet all the way. (4) The bulb itself may be defective.
