My personal maid
Let's face it. I'm lazy and if I could push off my chores I'd do it every time. I've owned a couple robot vacuums before, and while they did plenty of sweeping and light vacuuming it always felt like it didn't do enough. So with that in mind I was looking for something that could mop, sweep, and vacuum. Like most modern robot vacuums, the N30 Omni Care starts off by mapping your living area. You can set no-go zones. I was surprised at how quiet it was compared to my old iRobot unit. The best part of this vacuum is the all-in-one station. It takes care of things on its own, which is a huge time-saver. The auto-empty feature sucks all the dirt out of the robot's bin and into a bag, so I don't have to deal with emptying it myself all the time. Plus, the self-cleaning and drying mop pads mean the mop is always ready to go and doesn't get that gross smell. This type of function greatly increases my quality of life, more than I thought I would care for. Compared to the robot vacuums i had that didn't have the docking station for trash and to clean itself, i was pleasantly surprised how often i 'forgot' to clean out the vacuum due to the infrequency of having to do so. While it's a great robot, i feel they could have improved on the finishing of the materials. The robot tends to collect dust due to its matte black surface, though a quick wipe down of a microfiber cloth easily does away with any dust collection on the surface. Overall I'm happy with the vacuum and looking forward to not doing my chores ever again.

Smart cleaning with good suction and navigation
First the machine is arrived well packed and it is good quality. It is easy to unpack and assemble even if it is a little bit heavy. The app is straightforward and makes setup and operation very simple. The navigation and mapping is smart. And it is easy to connect our WiFi. Our home is a single story with different floor levels between rooms. I was worried the machine might get stuck, but it goes in and out of each room, onto the mugs without any issues. You can set it to vacuum the whole house first and then mop, or do vacuum + mop in one room at a time before moving to the next. Both options work really well and make the cleaning flexible. The clean and dirty water tanks are easy to get them out and to clean. And the full clean water tank is more than enough for our 4 bedrooms one living room with kitchen house. The dust bag is easy to take out and clean up. We also have a long-haired cat, so there’s always a lot of fur all around the house. This robot has made a big difference—it keeps the floors much cleaner with less effort from us. Overall, I’m really happy with this purchase. It’s a great fit for families with pets or kids who want to keep the home clean without much hassle.

Excellent purchase truly hands free cleaning
I purchased this robot vacuum and mop and it has exceeded my expectations. The suction power is very strong, easily picking up dust and dirt, even on carpets. It is also excellent for pet hair, I have a large dog that sheds a lot, and this vacuum removes dog hair effortlessly from both hard floors and rugs without getting tangled. The roller mopping system cleans extremely well and washes itself automatically, which saves a lot of time. The Omni station is amazing, it automatically empties the dust, washes and dries the mop, so I barely have to do any maintenance for days. Love it

Frustrations. Hair tangles. Globs on floor
10/12/2025 : OMg! In addition to everything else, this robot is just NOT reliable to anti-tangling hair. I have attached a picture showing just how terrible it is. Today, after setting it to clean my house, I returned to find HAIR STREWN ALL OVER the HOUSe!!! I used the auto clean function, so it wasn’t any specific setting I chose. This is terrible!!! The whole POINT of me getting this model was so I did not have to u tangle hair!!! Now I STILL have to check if the hair is tangled every single time!!!!!! WHATS THE POINT!!!! I want my money back!!!!! I bought an X11, thinking that’s exactly what I needed, but I’m so glad I returned it!!! I am never buying another Ecovacs again!!! This X9 is such a disappointment! Because, now every time I check for hair tangles, the plastic lid falls off!!! Do not get this robot!!! Look for something else! It also still leaves little sticky globs over the floor. This was one of the worst purchasing decisions I have ever made! I’m never trusting video reviews ever again! DO NOT BUY!!! 9/5/2025 : WARNING! I was victim of a phishing scam. They knew travel dates. They knew about a family emergency. They impersonated law enforcement and government officials with great confidence and official looking paperwork. It ran over multiple weeks, with a level of psy-ops that indicated government secret services. The money is currently sitting in two banks in Hong Kong, China (HSBC and Bank of East Asia), where after a month of providing police reports and evidence, there is little indication if the money will be returned. You can make up your own mind. For my household, we wracked our brains about how the scammers obtained such information. And this robot vacuum is one of the possible spying tools that could have been used. We knew about Chinese hacking, and didn’t think much of it. But, we lost a lot of money. I was going to purchase the X11, but cannot do so anymore. You decide what is safe for your family, and protect yourself. I’ve reduced this to 3 stars, because I can’t prove it was this device, but the overwhelming official Chinese involvement in this scam has shocked us to our core. You make up your own minds. 8/29/2025 : after a couple of months, I am very happy with the mop. I stand by the design flaws I mention in the video, so will leave it at 4 stars, but can still strongly recommend it as a vacuum over others. It never trapped hair again, so I just love not having to flip this ever again. The water clips are annoying, but, whatever. The mop works great, and somehow I didn’t have the seed issues again. For some reason it never kept my cleaning settings below, so I just set it to mostly auto, and have been happy. I pull out the stools, it does climb on them now and does clean the metal, but still leaves some crumbs at the breakfast area, which I use a Dyson to finish off. It’s not perfect, but, it’s still a lot less work than the old vacuum. Happy for now, but can’t wait for the next 5 years where these robots can actually perform minor miracles. Hope this update helps. I’m keeping it. Also I love not having to set it up with a smart home, just talk to the hub directly, I by far prefer that. I do wish it had a cyclone style dustbin in the hub, instead of these bags, so I could clean it out regularly and extend the life of the vacuum, but, for some reason these companies just don’t want to give us that option. 7/8/2025 : soooo. I went through the settings and set it to vacuum before mopping. I increased suction to high (not max). Still just single pass. But I increased vacuum pattern to “deep clean” (tighter lines). I increased the water supply for mopping to 40 (the highest medium setting). With these settings, I was pretty happy with the results. I will try this vacuum out for another few weeks and will see if the hair gets trapped again. These settings do drain the battery more, and the bot needed to recharge to finish the job, but I don’t mind. The floor did feel really clean this time. I think I will work around this vacuum, and change my bathroom rugs to low pile. And I will rearrange the bar stools to make it easier for the vacuum to get around and clean around them. With these settings, I will up the rating from 2 to 4 stars. I have to be honest, I had to re watch many reviews of this vacuum, in order to consider how best to use it. I am guessing that the grime in my floor might have been left over by my previous vacuum, and I just wasn’t looking carefully. But, I guess this new rolling mop is the best chance I have to remove and keep such grime off my floors. As far as the seeds being glued to the floor, that is definitely this mopping system, but, hopefully vac before mop will remove that issue. The floor felt very clean today with the new settings. So. Fingers crossed. I’ll buy the detergent and see if that helps as well. Maybe not to use every time, but from time to time. 7/7/2025 : Let’s just say that my first impressions are very disappointing. Let me start with what I did not like, because, it is quite a bit at this point. The water containers on the dock clip on the side, so if you’re not careful, you’re going to have water spilled. Especially concerning for the dirty water. The main dustbin and detergent are of the dock has a clip on, not a magnetic clip, so it doesn’t feel so great, and can be sticky to snap back on. The top cover of the robot doesn’t have any magnetic clips or even a hinge, so if you turn it upside down it simply falls off. Granted, I initially didn’t care if I never need to flip it, right!? Well, initially, after my first run, I was thrilled because I did not see obvious hair tangling in the brush or wheels (the gf has long hair). Well, on closer inspection, as you can see in one of the pics, there was a substantial clump of hair stuck in the crevice of one of the main wheels. I was nearly apoplectic. It is just two adults, we eat multigrain bread for breakfast, and sometime spill seed in the floor. We sit on bar stools, as you can see. The robot did not do a very good job of picking up all the seeds, redistributed a few, and now, this part is a mystery… it somehow GLUED a few seeds to random parts of our floor. I had to put a lot of pressure with my fingernails, and many attempts, to pry the seeds off the floor!!! Granted, we did not use detergent for this run, but neither did we for our older vacuum mop. It tends to skirt around single-leg stools and lamp posts and coat racks, treating them as “objects to avoid”, I guess, as opposed to furniture. I want it to get up and personal in cleaning around those objects, but there is just nothing in the settings to tell this stupid robot to clean those pieces of furniture!! Stop treating my coat rack as a “fallen sock” or whatever is going on. I had cut styrofoam around my coat rack, while I wait for my felt base to arrive, and left the bits of broken styrofoam as a test for this robot. Well. It failed miserably. It didn’t even get close to the coat rack. I am so tempted to buy the new Roborock and do a side by side test. I have three bathroom rugs. My previous Roborock struggled only slightly with those rugs, at most it would move them around. This vacuum literally got stuck in my rugs and I had to remove them from the floor!!! Finally, I found these “globs” or “grime” at various places in the floor. This may or may not be the robots fault, and maybe will clear up if I use detergent over time on its own. But still. It’s a bit disappointing. I bought this vacuum based on the excellent ratings it received from popular online reviewers. But as others have stated, I am starting to have BIG doubts about the “real world” quality of those testing criteria. I am mid-forties, love tech, owned a Roborock V8 ultra before this, and 2 generations of roomba before that. I have two Dyson vacuums. I share this simply to say that I am familiar with tech, and have experience with many robot vacuums, and high end vacuums in general. Ok, begrudgingly, what did I like? It mapped my floor VERY quickly. It is much quieter than the older vacuum. It was quick to set up. I love the dedicated detergent container. The brushes did not tangle a single hair inside of them (even if it did clump in a wheel base). It cleaned my entire floor in one charge. It charges much faster. Rock solid wifi connection. The app is super easy to set up and use. When the rolling mop does (on the rare occasion) climb into the base of my bar stools, it leaves it looking very polished (while the vibrating Roborock version does not). It empties the dustbin a number of times during cleaning to maximize suction. When a bathroom door was closed, it returned to that bathroom at the end of cleaning to check if the door had opened!! I was VERY impressed with that! So. I am highly frustrated. There is a LOT to like about this robot. I like the spinning brush idea, and the idea of cleaning out the brush for debris. It tends to leave surfaces looking polished. The brushes did itself does not tangle hair. But. I do not want to EVER have to clean up hair clumps. It does feel like they rushed out this robot to be competitive, instead of truly mastering the anti-tangle design of the entire robot. I may or may not also purchase the flagship Roborock and then decide which or the two works better for my home. But for now, this does not feel like an amazing upgrade, or a flagship experience.

I have a 1600sq.ft. rancher that is 85% hardwood. The other 15% being 3 carpet throw rugs for the doors to the outside and tile in the bathrooms. I also have no pets. First of all it mapped the whole house within 10 mins without issue. I then set the unit to vacuum and mop at the same time. I also put the suction on "quite mode" because hardwood floors vacuum easily and don't need high suction (this also extends the battery life). I also set it to ramp up suction automatically when it detects that it is on the carpets for the doors. Carpets need way more suction then hardwood floors. The cleaning pattern was set to standard which does the best job while also conserving battery use. The water level for the mop wetting was set to 15%. The floors are never hugely dirty (no kids. and no pets) so I told it not to empty the dust bin until the whole house was cleaned and as clean as I thought the house was, the dustbin was full after it was done. What impressed me was all the dirt it found on low suction that I never even knew was on my floors. The results are the whole house vacuumed and mopped in 2 and a half hours without having to recharge. The battery also had 24% charge left on it. Now if my house was mostly carpeted and I had messy kids (mine are moved out) and pet hair all over the place the unit would of had to recharge at least once. The great thing is though is that if it does need to recharge it knows how much of the house is left to get done and recharges enough to finish the job instead of charging all the way to 100% which saves time. It navigated all obstacles with ease and traversed all transition strips without a hitch. My wife now frequently comments about how good the floors look after the X9 has finished mopping them. I think the fact that it uses a roller mop that is constantly cleaning itself while scrubbing the floor instead of the disk style mops that are only cleaned at the station is the reason for this. Also the people that I read in the reviews complaining about it returning to the base station to clean the roller to frequently or always emptying the dust bin when it has no dirt in it, or they cant turn the robots voice to off just haven't spent enough time studying the app. All these complaints can be remedied through the app which in turn can also extend the battery life. The only thing is that even though it ran perfectly the one thing I can't vouch for is the longevity of the unit. How many years am I gonna get out of it. It better be a long time. We'll see. Every other brand I considered always had somebody who said their Ecovacs, RoboRock, Eufey or their Roomba was junk and wouldn't buy them again. So I went with the brand that had the most 5 star ratings and smallest ratio of one star ratings which was the Ecovacs. Also "Vacuum Wars" gave the X9 their number one rating too. So far, I'm very happy with this purchase.

I am a disappointed. According to reviews this is the best window cleaner but it only cleans 60% of the windows so only 3 stars. It leaves streaks everywhere. It cleans windows and mirrors but they are definitely not completely clean. Even a little dirty window can not be cleaned completely. Suitable for cleaning very dirty windows a little. Will continue to use, but disappointed with the final result at all.

After using the automatic window glass cleaner for about three months, I'm genuinely impressed. This product has completely changed the way I approach cleaning my large windows, and I can confidently say it's been a fantastic investment. First and foremost, the ease of use is a major selling point. The device is incredibly simple to operate. It took me no time at all to get the hang of it, and now it's a breeze to set up. I simply attach it to the window, press a button, and it does all the hard work for me. This has saved me a significant amount of time and effort, especially with the large, hard-to-reach windows in my home. The quality of the product is also excellent. It feels sturdy and well-made, and after three months of regular use, it's still performing just as it did on day one. The cleaning pads are effective and easy to replace, and the suction power is strong and reliable, so I never have to worry about it falling. What I particularly love is its versatility. I've used it on both the interior and exterior of my windows, and the results are consistently streak-free and sparkling. It handles the dirt and grime from the outside just as well as the smudges from the inside, making it an all-in-one solution. For anyone with large glass windows, whether at home or in an office, I highly recommend this automatic window glass cleaner. It's a high-quality, easy-to-use product that delivers exceptional results and makes the chore of window cleaning a thing of the past.
