I watched a couple of videos on the best way to install the seat post and adjust it to my body weight and preference. I found it to be very easy to do and have now ridden about 200 miles on my Kinekt 2.1. I didn't buy the additional control knob and have chosen to carry a small allen key with my tools, which I've not needed once. I bought this to replace a straight suspension seat post. I really like the ride using this post way more than the old one and would highly recommend the product.
