Can you remove the pads on these? And exchange it with pads that you wanna insert?

The pads are removable; it's actually recommended to remove the pads beforehand if machine-drying the bras.

I don't see a choice to choose a size before adding to cart? How do I choose a size?

I was able to choose size when I bought these. It has to be there somewhere. Just a tip: they run small.
