Very good. Has a very interesting al dente "pop against the teeth", far less mushy than regular pasta, but has a good flavor. And not that it's really needed, but the extra protein is nice for vegans.

The pasta came with expiry date 14 July 23 and I received it today on 22 July 23

I really love this pasta. Wasn't sure about lentil pasta but tried it at the suggestion of a friend. Really glad I did since it is a better food choice especially for diabetics.

My doctor told me that I have to cut out white pasta and white bread. Being full blood Sicilian, this is an enormous challenge for me. The Red Lentil pasta takes a bit of getting use to, but it is far better tasting than I expected.

I am gluten sensitive and try to find products that don't have a lot of poor ingredients, and I particularly like the red lentil spaghetti because it is one ingredient and once it's cooked and you add your sauce, the flavor is no different than if you were eating regular spaghetti.
