Can these be used to measure cold pressed coconut oil?

Likely. Is it Liquid? Or Solid? Even if it’s solid if you put it to room temperature it will soften up and you would be able to Use a clean spatula and put it in the measuring cup. These are very tiny I got it to make and measure tinctures

The measurement is in grams for soilids like powder? I need a 5 gram spoon for my glutamine powder.

There is no way these measuring spoons can measure grams. A tablespoon of gold dust will weigh a lot more in grams than a tablespoon of flax seeds. These spoons are volumetric. If you want to weigh grams, buy a small scale that measure grams (by weight... not volume).
