Did not use the glue but the invisible screw fittings which was one of the reason for purchase having the latter option. Well made and looks perfect in the space we wanted. The magnetic soap holder function is working well. Point of interest it is better to use the small bars of soap in this type of holder. Great not having a mucky, soapy side to the small toilet sink. Very happy with product will buy again.
