I have tried more than 10 pre-workouts, hands-down. I’ve been working out for at least 30 years and do a HIIT workout every weekday morning at 5 AM. After you try a lot of pre-workouts, and you’ve been taking them for a while as many of you avid athletes know, your body becomes somewhat accustomed or immune to them. I saw the high reviews written for this specific pre-workout, and thought, why not!? I really do like thermogenics as well. In addition, I do like the tingly feeling, and I know that many people do not. This stuff certainly gives me the results I was looking for! I ordered the cherry limeade. The interesting thing about it is it kind of has a bit of a peppery kick to it. I really like that! In addition, I tend to sweat a little bit more when I’m working out due to the thermogenic part of it. I think it tastes great, and it absolutely helps me have more stamina and focus. I am not being paid for this review as I know many people usually are, but I can honestly say that this stuff definitely puts me into high gear and makes me feel like I am getting some serious work done with results in the gym! I am a 52 year old, 5’1 female, 103 pounds. I take my workout regime very seriously in addition to some of the pre-workouts that I choose to take. I highly recommend this and I am going to order the pink lemonade. if you like the tingle feeling and a thermogenic does not bother you, give it a try! Go get ‘em!

TASTE: I purchased the flavor Limeade and I have to say I LOVE the taste but it’s a little sweet. This flavor is different then other brands that offer the flavor. It Has a great blend, not to over powering and not watered down. Very easy to drink and tasty. You do get the jitters, which I like cause I know its working. Overall, best tasting Pre-Workout that I've taken. ENERGY LEVELS: Since taking ENGN Shred as my pre-workout, I have noticed a massive increase in my energy levels. Lately I found myself away from the gym more then I wanted due to the covid-19 virus . Since I’m working at home now , l knew I needed to order a new pre workout to try and WOW I have noticed a difference. I usually workout in the morning and my energy levels stay with me throughout the day. I am in an overall better mood, not tired and motivated to get back To my workout the next morning. ENDURANCE: I tend to start out with a mile of jogging to get the blood flowing. After that, I get into my workout. My workouts usually last me approx. an hour. Throughout my entire workout, my endurance is off the charts. There is no slowing down when I use ENGN shred. I workout out at the highest level possible while using ENGN shred. I am 44 years old. This endurnce continues outside of My workout also. Since using this product, I have pushed myself to get back into the routine of working out. OVERALL: Since using ENGN shred, my overall lifestyle has changed. I am consistantly in a better mood, I workout like a beast and it gets me through my day energized. I would highly recommend this product to anyone looking for a great pre-workout. 5 stars out of 5 stars.

The flavor of this pre-workout is actually really good, and when it works, it gives a solid boost of energy. The problem is that its effects are inconsistent — some days it works great, and other days it feels like nothing at all. The most disappointing part is the product’s quality. Even though I stored it in a dry place and don’t live anywhere humid, the packet that’s supposed to keep the powder dry didn’t do its job. The entire product clumped into one solid chunk, and I couldn’t use about a third of it. Overall, decent taste and potential, but the inconsistency and the clumping issue really hurt the experience.
