They should all bubble. Check to make sure you have enough water in the reservoir!

I put the rocks on the bottom of the fountain. I did not see a tray packed with my fountain.

Q: Can I put fire glass at the bottom or will it clog it?

There is not a screen over the drain site in the fountain so I would make sure your fire glass was not too small. You wouldn't want it to go in the drain as I am sure it would eventually plug up the drain.

did you check inside the unit? If there is no power supply ask Amazon to send you another one and return the first.
