That is because of country of Origin. 3 cup Model name CR-0351 is made in Korea and This model is made in China.

No, it does not speak in any language.

Q: How long will it keep the rice warm after cooking

If you keep long like 3-4days rice will be hard. Just keep the warm 2days better

Q: How can I get a replacement for the inner pot?

I think you have to send back to manufacturer? My family has a Cuckoo rice cooker (not this one) with the nonstick layer peeling - I think they called a number from the instructions pamphlet and had to send it to New York or something... And yes there's a replacement fee - don't remember if it was for shipping or the replacement itself tho
