It mixes really well into hot or iced drinks without separating or crystalizing. It also mixes well into plain yogurt for a little sweetness or as a topper. I’ve been into iced shaken espresso lately and every trip to the coffee shop it’s 7$, since I have a nespresso machine I thought maybe I can start making my own. So I’ve bought a different brand of brown sugar syrup and ehh it was ok, but not enough for making me go back to the mermaid logo place.But ok this brand omg it’s amazing. You can actually taste the brown sugar, I made my iced coffee and I think it’s the closest to my brown sugar iced shaken espresso! Too bad they only have one size!! 🥹 but yes I found my brand!!
