Like this better than coffee or energy drinks
When I get tired or have too much to do, I look for an energy boost. I don't like the taste of coffee and I don't trust energy drinks. I think I notice a little more energy.

Potential Metabolic and Digestive Effects from Beta-Hydroxybutyrate
First off, it is always hard to differentiate between placebo and true health effects. With that said, these capsules are extremely easy to swallow and have shown no negative health effects. I have only been using this product for a few days but I have noticed that my stomach and digestive systems seems more stable. Time will tell if this is from the capsules or the result of something else in my diet. Either way, I am truly intrigued by the research done into beta-hydroxybutyrate and its metabolic effects. I'd recommend that you do some research before purchasing this product but as stated above, I have experienced no negative health effects.

Helps wake me up
I take up two of these first thing in the morning on an empty stomach. It doesn't say how much caffeine is in these. I know they contain some because it helps knock the rain fog and dust off in the morning. I don't get jittery or feel like they're loaded with caffeine. They are assisting in my weight loss journey. I've been taking these for a couple of weeks and I can see a difference around my midsection.

Didn't work for me
I bought this product on May 19 after reading the great reviews but I had tried and it isn't working for me. I will be returning it.

My sister was really wanting to try these so I knew I had to get them. She hasn't been taking them long enough to see anything just yet but hopefully with consistency and changing her eating, she will see some sort of benefit.

Not Bad
So far seems like a decent product. I haven't had any jitters or crazy reactions. Seems to just help the metabolism a bit and give a bit of energy.

three forms of hydroxybutyrate
Appreciate the hydroxybutyrates in this product. Early to say if it's a real energy changer, but it is easy to swallow and no problems with use.
