Bought it for sleep, and it does work! I actually took it for a month before writing this review so I could give a more objective and helpful review. Magnesium glycinate is known for helping in sleep so I bought this. I’ve tried other brands but this really helped me more than the others. The dosage/strength was better than most brands. Moreover, it’s odorless and looks colorless. Definitely helped me fall asleep faster and have good quality sleep, but it to me about 5 days to a week to feel the results. I take it at night on an empty stomach before going to bed. Will definitely purchase again. A bit on the pricey side so one less star for that. But then again it also comes in 180 capsules, and I only have to take one per day so it’ll definitely last me a couple of months at least.

I take it with カリウム, zinc, VitD and Daily Multiples. It works for me. Feeling stronger at 68+!
