Electric Programmable 17.7 Inch Width Paper Cutter 450 with Extra Blade

We originally tried to order a similar product from a different seller. This was only a little more, but it was worth it. Everything is in English and although we can't find the manual, it was simple to assemble and we were able to figure out how to use it. Make sure you have two people and an electric screwdriver for unpacking. It is packed in a wooden crate and you will see the screws (some hidden on the bottom of the cutter when you remove the sides of the box.) It assembled quickly and I am very happy with it. I will be coming back to this seller if they have other items I need.

We used the machine to cut the spines off of books. It worked well for a few weeks, then the blade keep getting stuck. After less than 1 month, it has completely stopped working. The company is very hard to contact. I would not recommend this cutter for high use projects. No real instructions or website to help.

Do not buy anything from this Company. This machine never worked properly and now it won't work at all and now the guy says only a 3 month warranty which is conveniently exactly 3 months and 10 days since I bought it.

This is a nice unit, however, there is no way or instruction to adjust the unit. If you dial in for 11 inches, it is actually 11.04 inches. So if I am cutting 11X17 down to 8.5X11, the 8.5 part is off and when you stack both cuts on top of each other and jog it, they are not the same. You can adjust the yaw okay if you need to, but the digital adjustment and the back gate are off from each other. Still trying to figure out how to 'true' this up.

The owners manual encourages filling out the warranty but then does not offer a format for registering the machine. Very frustrating.

I was very nervous to buy this machine but it works really, really well. Good accuracy, clean cuts and very easy to use. The seller was excellent-he answered questions before, during and after my purchase-quickly! We messaged through Amazon, texted and spoke by phone-I mean he was VERY available. This machine gives consistent results so I can rest easy that my printed materials will not be wasted with off center cuts. I'd like a longer feed tray and a squaring rest and you have to be careful because the only place to square is one side of the paper and it doesn't rest on a solid place-hard to explain without showing-but it's still a massive upgrade from trying to cut manually.
