rollers stopped turning. Any hints?

Our household has girls with long hair; that frequently gets wrapped around the rollers and eventually clogs them to the point they stop running. The sweeper comes with a tool that is made for cutting hair off the rollers. Also, make sure the unit is charged. Ours decided to stop charging one day; sad.

what is the voltage? is it 7.2?

This is what it says on the charger regarding the voltage: 120V 60Hz 100mA OUTPUT/15V===150mA

Can this work on 220 volt

The sweeper is cordless. I don't know if the charger can be used for 220. I have 110.
