Is this watch a knockoff seiko? is the blue dial light blue or a darker blue... please show real pictures of actual watch i would be buying. thanks

This is real Seiko. The blue is a metallic blue, beautiful color. It’s actually what I found so appealing. This is not a US version so no where to purchase locally. I would definitely purchase from the seller I bought it from again.

Do the arms illuminate?

The have a strip of light absorbing material on the hands. So yes, they do glow after absorbing enough ambient light.

which movement does this watch have?

The movement is crystal and made in Japan.
