Absolute top tier stainless steel pan, has great heat distribution, proper riveted handles, nice and smooth edges where the different layers meet and a good thick bottom for decent heat retention. It does pretty much everything that an All Clad pan can do for half the price, maybe the All Clad has slightly nicer finish and less of a curvature where the bottom part starts curling upwards.

Esta muy bueno! Es de muy buena calidad, no se le pega la comida si lo sabes usar bien. Compre otro más chico y más barato de otra marca Cuisinart y nada que ver, ese se le pega todo y ya se ve muy dañado despues de solo 3 meses de uso. Este esta como nuevo. Vale la pena!

Llevo ya más de un mes itilizandola casi diario y creo que gran parte de los malos comentarios se deben a falta de información del comprador, deben dejar el sarten calentar a fuego bajo o medio durante 4-5 min y para estar seguros pueden hacer la prueba del agua donde le echan un churrito de agua y si no se evapora al tacto y más bien se queda moviéndose en la superficie ahí es dónde ya pueden cocinar sin que se les pegue. Lo que sí es que para mi sí es un problema que se le quedé el aceite pegado en los costados cuando frío cosas, pero remojando con vinagre o bicarbonato y limón me ha ayudado.

I've used this 10" pan a few times and think it will be my go to pan. Following videos online, I successfully used this pan to cook scrambled eggs: 1) heated the empty pan over medium heat until water flicked into it beads and quickly scatters (rather than sizzling and evaporating). 2) added an oil/fat such as coconut or olive oil, with a small amount of butter. 3) turned the heat down just slightly to med-low and swirl it around the pan. 4) added 3 scrambled eggs (with tiny bit off water mixed in) let eggs set up a bit. As it cooks I also push edge of egg inward to let runny part to the pan edge to cook. Then scramble it all together or make an omelette. Eggs did not stick! Great replacement for nonstick, ceramic, etc. that only lasts a year or until used over high heat! Stainless scrubber balls work great for cleaning any burnt-on bits from the pan, once cooled.
