プロテインバーとしては食べやすく美味ですが、ダイエットバーとしては多少食べやすさ、味、共に好みが分かれるかと思いました。

ヌガーほどではないけれどまあまあねちょねちょで咀嚼が増える。味は外国土産の安いチョコレート味。 これならコンビニで買えるSIXPACKプロテインバーでいい。

Texture is dense but manageable, especially if paired with coffee or water. Really like these, haven't tried other flavours except choc one, and it really resembles a chocolate in a protein snack formula with it being delicious yet supposedly healthy and nutritious. Placing it in a fridge makes it a game changer, as it becomes more satisfying, more solid, less sticky/chewy and the flavour becomes a bit different as well!

Good texture and not too sweet. Great value for money. Chocolate flavour is not overpowering.
