Very impressed. Best kit out of all that I've tried over the last 20 years of managing gastroparesis, a chronic health condition. Fantastic quality, really well thought out design, also comes with a medigrade logo carry bag. The valve's one-handed operation is key to being so safe use, the valve gives a really good variation on the flow with an additional stop mechanism further up. The bag is a clear coloured hot water bottle making it easy to view the water level, also importantly makes filling the hot water bottle with it's own screw cap, spill proof and discreet, fill it, tuck it under your arm or clothes on way to the loo, no-one would suspect its an enema kit. With a generously sized connection to the screw-in mechanism for the ample, longer length of tubing, has wings for turning to a snug fit. All the connections, screw or push-on, and the components, have precisely machined threads, very unlikely to cross-thread and therefore not going to leak. Has a versatile silicone coated hook and a spare silicone tip for 'rear' use, identical to spares i already have. Even though all these devices come with a selection of tips, for safety and the gentle care of your delicate membranes, I really wouldn't recommend the rigid tips for your 'rear'. The kit is super handy for washing the intimate area making it a portable enema and personal hygiene kit. Will be great for camping! The whole kit seems robust and should be long lasting with the high manufacturing quality and materials. I'm probably more enthusiastic about this than some sane people would be, however, if you have to rely on alternative evacuation methods as I do, you'll be so much more confident using this device. Worth every penny!

This is the second enema kit I've purchased, and the Medi Grade Enema Kit is so much better than the first one I bought. It's incredibly easy to use and the quality is top notch. The lever clamp on this kit makes it so much easier to control the flow. It's also very easy to take apart and clean. I'm using the kit twice a week as part of a gut healing protocol and it's been a godsend. I highly recommend this product.

Excellent product

Really simple to use, very clear instructions. Only reason for 4 stars is the main bag leaks a little as you use it, but as its something most people would use in a bathroom it's easy to clean up. It's easy to control the speed of the bag emptying, so you can go nice and slow or you can go pretty fast. It does suggest to use some lubricant and to clean the equipment with pure alcohol to keep it free of any bacteria. It also comes with a bag to store it all in which is helpful as there are quite a few small bits with it.

Simple, easy to use, long tubing, effective. Would recommend.

This product was advertised as doubling up as a hot water bottle, yet they did not provide any closing valves which won't leak the water. In addition to that, having used it for coffee enemas, I found it impossible to clean and very quickly mould started gathering up on the inside of the bag, which made it absolutely useless. I've tried clearing with hot water and nitrogen peroxide, as well as soda and other non toxic methods, but nothing would remove the gathering mould. I now resulted to cheaper open bag, which you can easily revers and clean.

Great product, works perfectly, easy to assemble and use. This has saved me alot of money that i could have used if i went to a company for colon hydrotherapy. I am very happy with this product. It is very well made and includes more attachments than expected. The clear reservoir is nice to be able to see what you are using and level. I would recommend this product.
