- the picture is the risotto before the reduction in water. - probably need to cook a little bit more than the packaged instructions unless you like your risotto on a harder el-dente side of things - taste is good out of the box but can spruce things up more by adding edamame, seafood and other stuff - go easy on the salt as i felt it is on the saltier side.
