Q: Why is the photo for a conditioner?

Incorrect image in the ASIN page. Informed to Amazon to update the correct image.

Q: What product is being sold? title says dml moisturizing lotion, 16 fl oz, which is what i need, but images show cherioll pimple patches.

I have not ,so I don't know if it can or not. Sorry I could not help you.

Q: what's the difference between DML Forte and the DML moisturizing lotion?

Forte is definitely thicker! Great for dry skin... if you like lighter lotions (versus a cream) go with the DML Lotion not cream. I LOVE the cream for dry skin... soaks in and leaves a great protective barrier you don't even know is there (but is confirmed when you shower and you can still feel the lotion on your face when the water hits it!).
