yummmm, flavor good and just enough of a kick

This was horrible. I’m used to low calorie condiments, and I’m used to them not being wow due to the ingredient swaps. But this was BAD. Luckily I didn’t put it on my food, took a lick and I instantly gagged. Ew!

So good!! When you’re dieting and need some flavor these will keep you strong!!

I have the Spicy Garlic Parmesan sauce and it's great if you like a parmesan flavor with a little bit of a kick to it. I've tried it on chicken wings and even on pasta and it livens up the dish. I have not marinated with it but that sounds like a great idea. The bottle is a generous size and should last a while.

Tastes great and for 10 cals it’s good for a weight cut. A little spicy for my taste but very bearable. Not sure how sustainable it would be if you put it on everything but so far it’s good and worth while

I thought this would be an amazing idea because I love garlic Parmesan wings and I love Buffalo wings. I thought these two flavors go so well together. It in fact did not. The acidity of the buffalo and basicness of the parmesan made it taste gross. My boyfriend liked it though.$19 for a small bottle is kind of crazy to me.

The flavor of this sauce (garlic parmesan) ain't it man. Heavy blue cheese flavor with an after taste that's just bad. Not even good on fried foods. Haven't tried the other flavors but a bit nervous to based on the price..

The first ingredient is water, I should have known better. It's bland, and acidic, which means it weirdly tastes more like acid reflux than any kind of flavor I'd actually like to add to my food. Hardly spicy at all. Gross. Will not buy again.
