this contraption is purrfect for my young kitten. easy to assemble and kitten loves it! all with a hammock, playball, 2 scratching posts, and a self-grooming brush, this purchase was definitely a 5 star. i will mention though, it's quite small - my kitten is young but i have a feeling he will outgrow this in size eventually.

It shipped/arrived way sooner than estimated, when I purchased it said 1 month until delivery, nope it was 1 week tops! The box was undamaged, everything was secure, & labeled, it also came with the 2 different sized Allen wrenches needed to assemble. Assembly took me & my 10yr old daughter maybe 30mins tops! I actually bought a 2nd 1 as a gift & they loved it as well. This is over 6ft tall! It has really big platforms so my cats can actually play & roll around without falling! They love the ball toys it comes with! I mean I could go on about how much all 3 love it! This is so safe, & sturdy! It has a HUGE BASE SO IT'S STURDY! It's not wiggly at the top as most of the Cat Condos get, I'm actually looking at getting a 2nd 1 for my kitchen just different design & can't wait for it to get here & review it as well! I can not speak to all of their Cat Condos but, this 1 is perfect, safe, looks good, easy to assemble, cats love it, it's easy to clean, very nice & not tacky, it matches everything! Oh & has 4 really good scratching posts! It literally is a steal & a great deal & it meets the different wants/needs of each cat!

Wow, is this thing sturdy! Not a cheaply made product at all. It looks nice, stands as tall as my fridge and my kitties have yet to manage to topple it over or tear anything up. Even my chunky, lazy boy loves climbing up to the top of this thing, and trust me-- he's about as lazy as cats get. It took me about 45 mins to put it together and that was with realizing halfway thru that I had used the wrong size posts on the bottom tier and having to tear it down again lol check the post sizes in the instructions carefully and save yourself the minor headache! My only issue was the frayed rope toy. Within minutes of getting to play on their new tower, one of my cats had managed to pull a loose thread out of the rope and get it stuck in her mouth. Totally freaked her out; she went nuts! I had to hold the poor baby by her scruff and fish it out for her.... and then she went right back to playing with it lol I pulled at the rope threads to get rid of the loose ones and haven't had a problem since. If you're looking for a good kitty tree, get this one! Your furbabies will love it!! Update: My cats love batting at the thin, plastic balls with the bell inside of them that are in the busy box but the idea is supposed to be that they find a way to get the ball out and they get to chase it around on the floor after. I didn't mind at all having to put the balls back in. I do mind, however, finding one of the balls had hit the floor (we have tile) and shattered, leaving my cat to bat around the tiny little jingley choke hazard. After the rope incident, and then having the ball shatter, I had to take off a star. I will be getting sturdier ones at the local pet store to replace the two balls it came with. Overall, though, I still highly recommend getting this tree if you're looking for one! Just... imo, check out the rope before they play with it and consider replacing the balls...

This is perfect for our new kitten. Can't beat the great price. He loves the fur style for kneading and enjoys the hammock style bed.

My cat absolutely loves this cat tree. I researched recommendations and reviews of well over 50 cat trees on several different web sites before finally deciding to purchase the Furhaven pet cat tree double decker playground. Before I buy something, I read the negative reviews first before I consider purchasing a product. Then I check out the positive reviews. From what I read, the one star reviews for this cat tree either had a problem with broken parts during shipping, or they complained a specific part was too small. My cat tree came without any defective parts, very detailed instructions, and was super easy to put together. The manufacturer clearly lists all the dimensions of this cat tree, and they are accurate. Contrary to the person who complained the platforms were too small and only 6x6, the platforms are as stated by the manufacturer- the top two platforms are just shy of 10x10 inches. I have a very active 3 year old rescue cat, she weighs 10 lbs and does not like tight, enclosed small spaces. She is an indoor only cat and is not declawed. I bought this tree with the expectation she probably would not sleep in the hide-a-houses, but to my surprise, she actually curls up in the smallest one to nap the most! She likes to sit on the upper platform. [it is approximately five feet from the ground, the same height as the play box see photo] she enjoys looking down and watching me. The sisal posts seem to be put together well. She scratches them all the time and they are not showing any wear yet, it is close to two months now. [my first sisal scratching post from Walmart was breaking off and pulling apart before it was a month old.] My cat runs through the house and leaps onto the tree. I have it against the wall and so far it is very solid. I thought at first I might need a wall anchor, but it does not move nor wobble at all. I was surprised the first time I heard her climbing up the posts, I had to turn and watch her. She actually climbs up the posts like she was climbing a tree. I hide her mice on the platforms and inside the play box. She has fun finding them. She throws them out, then looks to me to pick them up and hide them again for her. I ran a twisty tie through the balls so she can batt them without them coming out, unless she pulls them out by the twisty ties. The distance/space between the various levels to me seems to be just about right, not too close nor too far apart. A leisurely reach for my cat when she comes down from the upper platforms. [see photo] This is my first cat tree. I did a lot of research before I purchased this climbing tree. So far it has exceeded my expectations. It seems well built with quality materials and is solid and sturdy.

It’s a really good product, for sure it’s value for money. My cat loves it, sleeps on the top every day. She also loves the scratch posts and jumps up and down all the time. Not that hard to assemble either.

Primero, el repartidor me regañó por no estar en mi casa y a fuerza lo quería dejar con un vecino y que si no aceptaba, lo iban a regresar a la CDMX... después de que me hizo enojar, le colgué y me llamó otro. Acordamos la entrega para unas horas más tarde y llegó el primero con quien había hablado, y todavía queriéndome dar una cátedra sobre responsabilidad para estar en casa y que me entregaran mis paquetes. No sé por qué no usan DHL, ESTAFETA, UPS. Y si van a seguir usando ese, de preferencia que cambien su comportamiento ante el cliente. Por lo demás es un producto excelente y la entrega fue en buen tiempo, aproximadamente dos semanas.

Mi gata aunque no es muy pesada, es muy larga, los postes para rasguñar le quedan chicos, y este la tiene loca. El material es bueno, aunque las tablas y cajas son de aglomerado, los postes son de plástico, por lo que son resistentes; el armado fue sumamente fácil, me tomo como 40 minutos armarla y de verdad que fue muy simple, las piezas vienen marcadas y aunque pareciera difícil al principio porque solo es una imagen, cuenta con un vídeo en la página que hace que el armado sea sumamente sencillo, se siente resistente, no se tambalea, y esta de buena altura. Creo que la mayor duda de todos siempre es si le gustara al gato, pues a la mía le encantó, me temía que le gustara mas la caja que el contenido pero no fue así esta sumamente contenta. E un producto altamente recomendable, además, me llego una semana antes! y eso que viene de USA.

Amazing cat scratch post! So easy to assemble took me like 15 minutes tops. Can accommodate more than one cat at a time. Has lasted two months without any obvious wear and tear so far. And the price, amazing! In my town to buy this item, if it were available, would be at least $400 easily if not more! much sturdier than any other cat tree its size as it is braced to the ceiling. We have big boy cats 17 + pounds and it had no problem holding all three of them! Totally recommend this item!!
