Absolutely Excellent product and customer service
Excellent underfloor heating kits. I bought 3 kits for the Hall, kitchen/family room and dining room. All kits came well packaged and with everything from the 200w mats, thermostats and even the rollers to apply the primers. Was a little worried at the price if the product was going to be any good, no need to worry as I had also order more expensive branded kits to check against just in case. There was hardly any difference in the different kits except with Nassboards everything was included and the price was nearly half compared to the others.Installing the kits was easy and the included thermostast were easy to setup and link to Alexa for voice control.In the hallway my tiler accidently cut in to one of the wires which meant for a couple of weeks I could really tell the difference between having underfloor heating or not. I can tell you anyone thinking of porcelain tiles the UFH is a must.After 2 weeks of trying to source a UFH engineer I tried asking for help from Nassbourds, Martin very quickly put me in touch with Mike a UFH engineer. Martin reassured me the Mike would get the work done very professionally. What a great guy and would recommend him to anyone, he arrived on time and spent his time to avoid any unecessary breakage of tiles and tested everything with his equipment before leaving.Everything is working perfectly and warms up very quickly. The WiFi controllers are so easy to set up and haven't lost connection ever. Really pleased with them and having tried others 3 times the cost I found these the best.Highly recommended for value for money and quality. I bought three kits and only had an issue with one which was due to my fitter and even then nassboard helped as it was there own issue. Great customer service.If there is any issue its that the contact number is always busy, but if you email them which is what I did the response back is very prompt, I suppose the lines are just busy due to the great cost effective products provided.

I have bought before from this company. My bathroom and utility is with underfloor heating. Easy to install and works perfect. All the components are good quality. Touch screen is very responsive and looks smart.I had some issues this time with the screen which was dealt in no time . Is cheap to run (from my other ones 3 years ago ) my dog love sitting in bathroom. Doesn’t feel like walking in porcelain tiles. I keep the temperature 19 degrees (however wife&son keep changing at 24 😂) . I have recommended to friends as well. Next project will be the man cave and the garage.

Adds that luxurious feel!
This is the second time I have bought one of these kits and I am delighted with them both. The kit is really easy to install and the matting easy to cut (DON'T CUT THE WIRES!!!!). All of the components are good quality and the installation guide is easy to follow. Definitely recommend putting the primer down to improve stickiness before you screed.The control panel is a little difficult if, like me, you don't read the instructions beforehand! I've had this system installed in my bathroom for 4 months now and I love the luxurious feel of a heated floor in the morning.

Brilliant underfloor heating with smartphone app control!
Absolutely brilliant product, works great, gets the floor really warm in the cold! Has a great thermostat that can get the floor heated on a timer so as simple as set and forget.The thermo can be a bit fiddly doesn't seem to recognise weekends correctly. Also the smartphone app is a great additional option but doesn't have great functionality and can't control all the functions the thermostat has from the app. The app can only start and stop the heating and set temperature. It does have a limited timer functionality but not multiple options to set the heating to go on and off several times a day if required.These things could be improved to make the item a full 5 stars!

Bought for new bathroom.
I am writing this based on the review I had off my builder that I stalled it for me. Price wise he said it was fantastically priced. The LCD screen is very clear to read and easy to use. He was very happy too that the power cable was flat, making it easier to lay tiles over. It keeps the floor at a great temperature and works well.

Great value kit
Great kit for small bathrooms, easy to install very good heat output. Purchased the 1.5m sq kit floor tiles over the top are 7mm thick.floor warns beautifully at 22c .Great led control panel.Well made kit with everything you need .

Its mY second purchase. Made a small mistake when ordered the matt abit to big but the seller sorted it straigth away. Installation is not hard but you will need a qualified electrician to install it. Heats the room really well. Well made. Thermostat depending on your options works well too.

All round great product, quality is good and it’s easy to install and cut, the size of the Matt was great but then that’s what I ordered but comes in all shapes and sizes. You wouldn’t even know it’s on dead quiet with nice warm feet.
