Great kit for aqua fitness!
Great kit for aqua fitness! The materials are sturdy and of good quality. I love that it comes with a mesh bag and everything fits perfectly inside, and it also includes a back and front exercise guide to get you started on moves to use with all or some of the equipment. Definitely recommend, good value for the money!

They do work for a light-weight repetitive motion workout.
It is a good way to work out with these weights. The workout is more for repetition for strength building than with heavy weights, which is what I was looking for.

A little disappointed.
The foam bars and ankle weights are great for me. The waist float is ok, needs to be thicker for buoyancy.
