Lab tested 5g creatine
The last amazon creatine gummies I got were taken off the site and the company disappeared so they probably didnt actually have creatine. These are lab tested and from a bigger company so I have more faith in these. They taste really good for not having sugar and is a really easy to get my 5g of daily creatine when i dont feel like mixing the powder. They also dont bother my stomach like the powder does sometimes to me. Highly recommend

Easy to consume daily creatine dose
For many year now, I have taken 5g of creatine every day to aid me with my workouts. I originally used powder, but I frequently forgot to take it because I kept it in the kitchen since it required mixing with liquid. Unfortunately out of sight meant out of mind. When I switched to gummies, that problem disappeared. I place the jar of gummies on my bathroom countertop next to my toothbrush and I never forget them. These Old School gummies have a nice raspberry taste and they are easy to chew. I have to deduct a star because while these are distributed by a California company, there is no indication of where they are manufactured.

Not Pre-Workout Substitute
They taste good. A little bit on the harder side for gummies. But they are not a replacement for pre-workout. Though the gummies are convenient, I’d rather take the nasty powder and feel the energy boost that starts with skin tingling!

artificial sweetener taste
The sweetener leaves an artificial sweetener taste and aftertaste which is what i was trying to avoid. After trying one, I'm going to give it away. I can't speak to the effectiveness of the creatine.

Excellent gummy creatine supplement
If you are not familiar with Amazon Vine, it is basically Amazon trading free* products for honest reviews. You see a lot of Vine reviews that are cookie cutter and based on templates. I aim to make my reviews honest and non-cookie cutter (other than this intro and disclaimer).* These items are not actually free as Vine members pay income tax on the items they receive. Therefore, I will never order something from Vine unless I actually intend to use it. I think this is important for readers to understand because it means I will never order an item just to provide a fake five star review to a company. If I review something as good, it means I actually enjoyed using it or it fills its intended purpose correctly. Items that don't meet my expectations will be reviewed accordingly. Why I ordered this item: I've been neglecting my health for too long and I recently started taking it more seriously. That includes workouts, and I have been interested in supplementing my routine with some creatine. This seemed like an easy way to do just that.Likes:* Made in the USA.* Massive container of gummies for the price.* These use sugar alcohol as a base instead of corn syrup or actual sugar.* I love the accountability of having the batch number printed on the container. No likes:* These don't taste all that great. I mean, they don't taste bad at all but they are not as sweet as other gummy supplements I have ordered. I did not deduct a star because these are still much better than using powder or another form of creatine but if you are expecting delicious candy you will be disappointed.Final thoughts: Super happy with this purchase. How a company provides information is important to me as a consumer and I feel very confident that Old School (the manufacturer) has covered all their bases. I do plan to order more as a paid item once I run through these, and that's the best metric of whether or not a Vine review is legitimate in my opinion.
