I used them to detox, they seem to work, i am sleeping much better and waking up feeling better! i still have more to do as 5 days down and the photo i day 5! glad i got the 3 pack deal!!

I barely break out since i started using this. Dont get me wrong i have great skin but during monthlies etc it goes haywire but not anymore
